About ZZP Kit
ZZP Kit is a collection of free, browser-based tools for freelancers (zzp'ers) in the Netherlands: create invoices, calculate VAT, track your urencriterium hours and work out your rate. No accounts, no database, no email gates — open a tool and get to work.

Privacy: everything stays in your browser
Everything you enter stays on your own device. There is no server receiving your data and no database storing anything. If you choose to save data (like your company details for invoices, or your logged hours), it lives in your own browser's localStorage — and nowhere else.
No cookie banner needed
We don't use tracking cookies. For anonymous statistics (which tools are used, in which language) PostHog runs fully cookieless, in your browser session's memory. That's why there's no cookie banner in sight.
How this stays free
Some tools contain a single, calm referral to bookkeeping software. If you sign up there, that company pays us a fee — you pay nothing extra. That's the entire business model. The tools work fully without ever clicking it.
What this is and isn't
The tools on ZZP Kit use the rules and rates as we verified them on the date shown, and simplified models — the result is an indication, not tax, legal or insurance advice, and no substitute for your accountant. We are not advisers, not brokers and not an insurer. Before you make a decision with money attached, have the figure confirmed by your accountant, the Belastingdienst or the insurer itself. Rules change, and we can't guarantee every page is current at every moment.
Spotted an error? Email it to us — correct figures are the only thing that makes this site worth anything, so a report is genuinely welcome and we'll fix it.
